Lantana

3BR/2BA/2GA Single Story with optional Covered Patio, Luxury Master Bath, Walk-in Shower, and Study.

San Antonio’s housing market is going through a boom right now. Thousands of young families are flocking to our beautiful city for better housing and career opportunities. Because San Antonio is such a thriving metropolis, more jobs are available to young adults than ever before.

Because of this boom, families want to settle down in San Antonio and find a nice, comfortable, and affordable house to live in. However, because the housing market is going through a spike, it is hard to narrow down which homes offer the most value in the long run. For instance, you could by a fixer-upper home that costs twice as much as you would anticipate. Because of this, you may not get the home you always wanted and increase your financial debt. Also, fixer-upper homes can take a while to repair, which means the families with multiple children will have to find a safe and comfortable place to stay while waiting for the repairs to be completed.

This, of course, is less than ideal and, in some cases, impossible. It is rare that young families have the patience and the financial ability to pay for repairs and an alternate place to stay while their home is being renovated. So, in order to pay for all of these costs, you will have to take out a loan, meaning you will be in massive debt before you even start your new life.

At UrbanLux Home Builders, we construct your luxury custom home from scratch. The moment your home construction is completed, you can walk into your new home. So, instead of inspecting your home to see what isn’t functional or what needs to be fixed, you can step into your home and live in it as-is!

Custom home building is a simple way to get the home you always dreamed of without starting any repairs or DIY projects. If our Lantana Two-Story looks good to you, contact us today.
