About this Realtor

Patrick has over 20 years of Real Estate experience ranging from Land Development and Financing to Sales and Management. He spent 9 years of his career in New Construction with Regional and National builders in various Sales and Sales Management capacities before deciding to go out on his own as a homebuilder, on top of being a REALTOR® in December of 2014. He studied Marketing and Finance at the University of Indianapolis and was a GLVC All-Conference tennis player and a Conference Champion while there.
